Q. Is there a call out/quote charge?
A. No - When you ring Heat-tech with a fault or request for a quote, there is no charge for this.
Q. If my problem is solved on the first initial visit, will there then be a charge?
A. Yes - but only a pre-agreed repair fee for any work carried out. All advice is free of charge.
Q. If I request a quote for work what is the next step?
A. We will discuss your requirements with you on a site visit and then send you a written quote via mail with no obligations.
Q. If the quote is satisfactory to me what is the next step?
A. You will need to contact us and we will then arrange a mutually convenient date and time to carry out the work. As stated on our homepage, you will be given a diary date and we will only change this on prior agreement with the customer. Punctuality is of upmost importance at all times.
Q. What guarantees and warranties do you provide?
A. All of our work is carried out by fully trained operatives and therefore a full guarantee of workmanship is standard. Manufacturers warranties for any materials used vary from most offering one years warranty on pumps and motorised valves, two-five years warranty for various boilers
